Healthy Relationships

Healthy Relationships are extremely important!

A healthy relationship is one of the best supports in life you can have, providing you with meaning and purpose.  However, a relationship can be one of the biggest drains if it is not working or has become unhealthy for you.  Be aware of the unhealthy signs and learn ways to work on repairing relationships.

The Line - A resource for young people. There is also information for parents and teachers about how to support young people to have respectful relationships. 

Bursting the Bubble - A resource that helps young people to work out what's okay in a family and what's not. It can help know what to do if someone in your family is hurting or abusing you or another member of your family. 

Love is Respect - A resource that helps young people to understand healthy boundaries and what's not healthy and other handy tips.
